By accessing or using EPIG Guided (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

EPIG Guided is an educational service that provides trade alerts, performance tracking, and research portal access. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Trade alerts are informational only and do not constitute investment advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activities that occur under your account; (c) any trading decisions you make based on information provided through the Service; (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding securities trading.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to trade alerts, performance data, research materials, and software, is the intellectual property of Ekantik Capital Advisors LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekantik Capital Advisors LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
